Equipment will be provided for the class. Please remember to bring high socks, a towel, and water for the class. Wear appropriate clothing for a high-intensity class. Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2.5-3 hours before the class. Arrive at the class 15-10 minutes early and do not enter if you are more than 5 minutes late. Late cancellations (2 hours before the class or less) will not be refunded or transferred to the next class. Respect the instructor's time and effort in preparing the class and equipment for you.
